This summer, ten of our intrepid staff will be taking on the iconic Three Peaks Challenge and are aiming to raise £10,000 for our Unity Fund. We have a few surprises up our sleeves, but what we can share with you is the fact that our Summer Fair will be taking place on Saturday 29 June, so that we can all celebrate the completion of the challenge together.

Building on the success of last year's Festival, we will be inviting the best local craftspeople to once again take part in our artisan marketplace, our Year 7 students will be hosting their Games Zone and our school catering team Cucina will be rustling up their incredible street food.

Try your luck on the bottle tombola, bid for one of our amazing experiences in the Silent Auction, or sip a Pimm's while you listen to our talented student musicians.

The fun kicks off at midday and you'll have four hours to stock up on pre-loved uniform ready for the return to school in September, peruse the plant stall or just enjoy being part of our thriving Charters community.

To round off the challenge and to help achieve the £10,000 target, we will be making a guest appearance at the Summer Mile Family Raceday at Ascot on 13 July.  Staff and students will be seeing if they can complete 37km on treadmills during the event and collecting donations from racegoers!

IN-KIND DONATIONS

As well as sponsorship opportunities, we are also looking for items which can be used as prizes in our Grand Draw, Gift Tree or Silent Auction. Local businesses that contribute vouchers or gifts will have their logo included in the Charters Three Peaks Challenge souvenir programme.

With 1,700 students on roll, a thriving alumni network, and over 35,000 page views each month on our website, we feel that our sponsorship packages offer great value for money. Last year we welcomed over 1,500 visitors to our Summer Fair and are planning for this year’s event to be bigger and better.
