HOUSE Scarecrow Competition

Scarecrow

THE IDEA

As part of the Literary Festival & Summer Fayre on Saturday 4th July (12–4pm) we are creating a Book Character Scarecrow Trail around the school site.

Visitors will follow a map around the grounds to find scarecrows based on famous book characters.

Each scarecrow will hold a letter of the alphabet. When visitors collect all the letters, they will complete a hidden phrase on their trail sheet.

Completed sheets will be entered into a prize draw at the event.

Your challenge is to design and build the best book-themed scarecrow to be included in the trail.
