Charters’ Careers & Connections Expo ’26
Next week is National Careers Week and Charters is proud to launch the Careers & Connections Expo ’26, dedicated to inspiring ambition, broadening horizons and connecting learning to real-world opportunity.
Throughout the week, our focus will be firmly on all things careers related with year group assemblies focusing on different facets of the world of work. The highlight will be our annual Careers Fair on Wednesday 4th March, welcoming a wide range of exhibitors under the banner: Real Employers – Real Universities – Real Opportunities. Students will have the chance to speak directly with professionals, training providers and higher education representatives, gaining invaluable insight into future pathways.
At Charters, careers education is not confined to one just event. During National Careers Week, staff across all departments will incorporate careers into their teaching — whether through a thought-provoking starter activity, a short film, or a more in-depth project linking curriculum learning to future pathways.
While National Careers Week provides a powerful focal point each March, at Charters, careers education is part of the fabric of our school. Advice, guidance and meaningful encounters with employers and education providers are woven throughout the academic year.
Careers & Connections Expo ’26 is not just about exploring jobs — it’s about helping every student see the link between what they learn today and who they can become tomorrow.
