Charters School is proud to announce its Community Connections Evening, taking place on Wednesday 12th November from 5:00pm to 6:30pm in our Main Hall.

This event aims to strengthen our partnerships within the local community, celebrating the many ways in which the school and community already support one another, and exploring new opportunities to collaborate.

Across the school, departments are identifying areas where local support could make a real difference — from resources such as wood for Design Technology and fabric for Textiles, to sponsorship for Drama and Music productions.

At the same time, we’ll be highlighting how our students can give back, whether through volunteering with local charities, supporting care homes, or helping at community events through the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.

Businesses and organisations will also have the chance to find out how they can contribute to our careers programme — offering work experience placements, mock interviews, or career insights that inspire the next generation.

We look forward to welcoming parents/carers and local partners for what promises to be an inspiring evening of connection, collaboration, and community spirit.
