A Level Results Day was a truly special occasion, as we came together to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our Year 13 students. The atmosphere was filled with smiles and laughter, as students enjoyed a complimentary cookie and drink while sharing their excitement about life beyond Charters Sixth Form.

Mr Fletcher said, “All the students should be immensely proud of their outcomes today. They have worked with dedication and diligence to achieve the grades they have, and have been wonderful role models to the younger students in the way they have approached their studies and supported one another. As they embark on the next stage of their lives, I would like to thank them for the contributions they have made to our school and their communities.”

This year’s cohort will take their talents in many directions – from prestigious universities to apprenticeships, from the world of work to purposeful gap years. Their chosen courses span the sciences, humanities, and the arts, proving that A Levels are not a finish line, but a stepping stone to new opportunities. True success lies in seeing our students leave equipped with the skills, confidence, and ambition to shape their own futures.

We are especially proud to highlight some remarkable achievements:

  • Sophie, Daniel, and Hannah will begin their studies at the University of Oxford.
  • Catriona will be heading to the University of Cambridge.
  • Robert will pursue Veterinary Medicine and Surgery at the University of Nottingham.

Head of Charters Sixth Form, Mrs Hill, added, "I am immensely proud of the commitment this fantastic cohort have shown to their studies and to each other. Their achievements are a testament to their perseverance and dedication. I wish them every success in the exciting journeys that lie ahead.”

Whatever paths the Class of 2025 choose, we hope they will stay connected as part of our alumni community. By Connecting the Past & Inspiring the Future, former students play a vital role in showing our current students the many possibilities that await after leaving our Sixth Form.
