A Level Results Day 2023

Students from Charters Sixth Form received their results today and there were many happy faces enjoying a complimentary coffee and cookie after opening their envelopes. 

We would like to congratulate all our students who have worked so hard in difficult circumstances to achieve their grades, and have successfully navigated the changing educational landscape since the pandemic. 

We wish them all the very best as they start the next stage of their journey. A significant number of students are going off to their first choice universities in the UK as well as abroad, and they will be studying across a wide range of subjects within the Sciences, Humanities, Social Science, Maths and the Arts.

Head of Year 13, Mr Metson said, "‘A huge well done to all our Year 13 students who received their A Level and Level 3 BTEC results today. These amazing young people have worked incredibly hard and we are all delighted that university places, apprenticeships and GAP years or the world of work are now the reality. Prestigious university places in Britain and around the world have been secured and a number of students have gained places on Apprenticeship programmes including organisations such as the BBC and Amazon."

We wish all our students success for their futures and look forward to them keeping us informed of their progress.
