It was wonderful to see so many of our former students again at our annual Year 13 Presentation Evening and even nicer to do it in-person for the first time in three years.

Our guest speaker, former student Josh Taylor spoke eloquently, encouraging students to make the most of every opportunity and to enjoy the uncertainty that change brings.

It was a real pleasure to recognise the successes of the year group and to celebrate individual achievement through our subject prizes and cups.

As ever, it was really difficult to decide who should receive the Peyton Cup as so many of our students demonstrated the values of our school but the worthy winner this year was Kaya.

We would also like to thank K J Smith Solicitors for sponsoring the event.

A list of all cup winners can be found below:

The Rotary Club of Ascot ‘Service above Self’ Award is donated by the Rotary Club of Ascot for service to others – awarded to Marco
The Parker Cup is awarded to a student for outstanding achievement in English Literature - awarded to Ciara

The Mills Trophy was given to the school by Sylvia Mills, a former Deputy Headteacher, and is awarded for outstanding service to the school - awarded to Molly

The Westby Cup was donated by the parents of a previous Head Boy and is awarded for excellence at A Level across all subjects - awarded to James
The Peyton Cup originates from a visit made by Her Majesty The Queen to the school in 1962 and is awarded to the student who has shown all those things which we wish to instil in all our students — our aims, our values and aspirations for the future. The winner of this cup personifies Charters School - awarded to Kaya
