Aspiring Medics and Dentists Participate in Immersive Day

Yesterday, nine of our Year 12 aspiring medical and dentistry students had the incredible opportunity to participate in an immersive day hosted by The Medic Portal at St Mary’s School. This experience was designed to sharpen their skills and boost their confidence ahead of the challenging UCAT exams, which is a pre-requisite for their upcoming applications.
It's wonderful to see our students fully engaged in such a rigorous and challenging learning experience, and showing immense resilience and adaptability as they attempted critical-thinking and abstract reasoning questions.
We are extremely grateful to St Mary’s School for welcoming our students so warmly, and to Mrs Cook - ex-Charters teacher - whose continued dedication to our community helped make this fantastic opportunity possible. Days like these truly embody the spirit of #UnityintheCommunity, as we come together to support the ambitions and potential of our young people. Thanks also to Miss Lawson for leading this trip. We look forward to seeing these talented students continue to thrive as they prepare for the next step in their academic journeys.
