28th Feb 2024

From jungles teaming with wildlife, to crystal clear water edged with sand so fine it resembles icing sugar, Borneo is unlike anywhere else on earth. It's the world's third largest island, behind Greenland and New Guinea, and is one of only two countries that orangutangs call home.

This week students in Years 10, 11 and 12 have been hearing about a fantastic opportunity to experience the sights and sounds of Borneo as part of the 2025 Camps International expedition. Students will make an impact by working on community, environmental and wildlife projects, before embarking on a 4 day jungle trek and undertaking coastal project work which will leave a legacy far after the suntan has faded.

Students wishing to take part in this once-in-a-lifetime experience are invited to join the information evening which is taking place on Tuesday 5 March at 5 pm in the Main Hall.
