We are proud to announce that following a vote by students and staff, we have named the three AV1 robots that were recently bought following a successful fundraising campaign. The robots will transform the lives of students who are away from school for long periods of time due to chronic health conditions.

The results were as follows:

1st Place Elmo –  287 votes

A  character from Sesame street who always provides a positive message to help people through adversity

2nd Place – Eugene 204 votes

From the Greek meaning ‘noble’.  Our noble companion for a student who can’t physically be in school. Also short for Eugenius, meaning ‘you clever thing’

3rd Place – Hope –  173 votes

This is what this robot offers a student who is missing school
