Employment of Children and Young Persons

If you have a job whilst you are in full time education and not yet 16 years of age you must complete an application form for a work permit. This application form should be signed by your parents, your Head of Year and your employer. Once completed it must be sent to The Education Welfare Department, Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead SL6 1RF before you start working.
