Congratulations to Year 9 pupils: Gordon Hawkes, Lydia Roberts, Bradley Carter and Sam Owens on their excellent performance on winning the University Challenge Science competition for schools hosted by Royal Holloway University.  They had strong contestants against them in each round of the competition and two tense tie-breaks to manage so they did very well indeed!  Their prize was a much appreciated cheque for £150 for the school's science budget.
