Congratulations to our Year 7 pupils who have created some amazingly informative and detailed posters and models to illustrate their cereal project. The projects are linked to the Learning to Learn guidelines for Key Stage 3 and students were challenged to research one cereal crop thinking 'how', 'what', 'where', when', 'who' and 'why'. They investigated the structure of the grain, looked at where it is grown, how it is processed and made into various food products. Everyone was encouraged to be creative and to use a variety of learning styles in passing on the information they gained.
