What is English GCSE retake about?
This is an English course, but it does include elements of literature such as Shakespeare, a novel and poetry.
Is this course for me?
If you did not achieve at least a ‘C’ grade pass in English Language, you are required to take this course.
What else do I need to know?
You may resubmit your written and oral coursework. Retake is available by negotiation to some students in November. Lessons are run after school for one hour a week.
